MDRTB’s case is occurred due to patient disobediences inrntaking treatment program. One of the way that used to prevent patient disobediencernin taking the treatment is by applying DOTS strategy (Directly Observed TreatmentrnShort Course). This research is purposed to analyzing a submission, exactrnabsorption of OAT –KDT based on DEPKES standard, and drug absorption inrnaddition to OAT which given during treatment to mature pulmonary tuberculosis ofrnDOTS and non DOTS indoor treatment program at RSUD Budhi Asih which hadrnbeen diagnosed pulmonary TB category 1 in October-December 2009. The researchrnwere conducted retrospectively (to observe OAT and OAT-KDT absorptionrnprecision based on DEPKES standard and drug absorption in addition to OAT) andrnprospective (to observe drug taken submission and patient control of DOTS and nonrnDOTS) from October 2009 – May 2010. Patient analysis factor result DOTSrnprogram for drug taking submission has grouped 3 factors and 2 factors at nonrnDOTS program. Analysis factor result of submission control at DOTS’s patient andrnnon DOTS has formed 2 factors. It can be concluded from the result that OATrnabsorption for DOTS vs non DOTS patient (18,9%vs38,1%) and in addition drug ofrnOAT (81,1% vs 61,9%),OAT dosage precision based on DEPKES standard (75,4%rnvs 55,4%) and OAT-KDT distribution precision (87,6%).rn(F) Glossary : 38 pieces (1997 – 2010 )rn(G) Dra.
