The aim of this study are to rndetermine the patterns of antibiotic use that used in patients with DFI atrnFatmawati Central General Hospital based on antibiotic guidelines for DFIrnand clinical outcome. The study was conducted prospectively during JulySeptember 2013 by collecting patients data and treatment through source of rndata. The antibiotics were evaluated quantitatively using ATC/DDD method rnand qualitatively using Gyssens criteria. The results showed that DDD rnceftriaxone 640 DDD/100day care with ATC J010004 and qualitatively using rnGyssens criteria showed 11 patients category VI, 11 patients category IVA, rn17 patients category IIIA, 5 patients category IIIB, 1 patient category IIA and rn5 patients category I.
