(E) Javanese turmeric (Curcuma santhorrhiza Rosh, enh var) has the main content of curcumin compounds which are efficacious as antidiabetic. The purpose of this study was to develop nanoparticles from previous studies with formulated nanoparticles into capside dosage form with the addition sodium starch plycolate-natrium lauril sulfat and physical quality tests and donolution on nanoparticle capsule Javanese turmerie was macerated using 96% ethanol the viscous extract was dried using a spray dryer, the dry extract was formulated into nanoparticles capsule with the addition sodium starch glycolate (2%-8%) dan natrium lauril sulfat (0,5%-25%). The dry extract of temulawak rhizome nanoparticles capsule was characterized, analyzed with software minitab 19. The best formula was obtained at concentrations of sodium starch glycolate S dan natrium lauril sulfat 2.5% with an average weight uniformity of 119.58 grams disintegration time 10 minutes 12 seconds, % dissolution 93.27%. The we of sodium lauryl sulfate as a surfactant and sodium starch glycolate an dintegrant can affect the physical quality and dissolution rate of nanoparticle capsule
